NOTICE TO USER:
Please, read this
carefully before installing the Software. By using all or any portion
of the Software you accept all the terms and conditions of this
agreement. If you do not agree, do not use this Software.
License grant
RELapps.net grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the ptrac application for your personal and commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
You are not permitted to:
Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software nor permit the whole or any part of the Software to be combined with or become incorporated in any other software, nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software or attempt to do any such things
Reproduce, copy, distribute or resell the Software
Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party
Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law
Use the Software for any purpose that RELapps.net considers is a breach of this EULA agreement
Modifications to Software
RELapps.net reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Software or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Warranty
The Software is being delivered to the Licensee “AS IS” and the Licensor makes no warranty as to its use or performance.
The Licensor does not and cannot warrant the performance or results the Licensee may obtain by using the Software. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the Software remains with the Licensee.
The Licensor gives no warranty, express or implied, that the Software will be of satisfactory quality, suitable for any particular purpose or for any particular use under specified conditions, notwithstanding that such purpose, use, or conditions may be known to the Licensor; or that the Software will operate error free or without interruption or that any errors will be corrected.
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or RELapps.net.
RELapps.net may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from RELapps.net, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your computers.
Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Software from your computers.
